24 Jan 09 Bangkok - Arrival
Catch your flight - Arrive in Bangkok and transfer to Novotel Suvarnabhumi Airport Hotel which is situated only 300 meters from the Bangkok International Airport. The Hotel operates a 24 hour free shuttle bus service between the terminal and the Hotel. Their shuttle service operates from Gate 4, Level 2 - Arrival Level.

25 Jan 09 Siem Reap - Arrival
Check out of the hotel and catch the Shuttle to the airport for your flight - departing at 08:00 & arriving at 09:00.vYou will be met by a Journeys Within representative and taken to Journeys Within Bed & Breakfast.
This morning head to Angkor Wat in an air conditioned car, or if you choose by bike, with your guide. Explore this majestic temple throughout the morning while it is still cool and has fewer tourists. Return to Journeys Within for lunch and a nap or refresh with a swim. In the afternoon head to Angkor Thom, the famous walled city and see the many temples within its borders, including the fascinating Bayon temple with its many magnificent faces smiling out. There are several beautiful spots from which to watch the sunset. Discuss with your guide where you would like to be and then relax and enjoy a memorable end to your day at the temples.
Head into town to enjoy a traditional buffet dinner and dance show in the evening.

26 Jan 09 Siem Reap - Banteay Srei & Other Temples
This morning set off with your guide to Banteay Srei, the intricately carved temple just 30 km beyond Angkor Wat. Then head back to the temples where you will visit Banteay Kdei and Ta Prohm, two of the prettiest temples in the complex.
In the late afternoon visit the new JWOC Community Center Language School. Meet the students and help them practice their English. This flagship location represents and brings together all of JWOC's projects in a central location where educational and economic opportunities are offered free to local communities and meaningful interaction between Cambodians, tourists, donors, expats, scholarship students and others is facilitated.

27 Jan 09 Siem Reap - Village Tour
Set out for our Journeys Within Village Tour. Our village guide will take you to his village showing you rice paddies and typical homes along the way. At his village enjoy a fresh coconut drink and meet his family and neighbors. Walk from here to West Baray Lake where you can take a local boat to an island with some picturesque ancient Khmer ruins. Return to shore where your car will be waiting for you. From here head to Pua District and visit the Artisans de Angkor silk farm where many local women are trained in the art of silk weaving.
After an afternoon nap or a dip in the pool head out to explore the new National Museum. With many fascinating area to choose from, star in the halls that most interest you and discover some of Cambodia's treasures that were hidden away until this beautiful museum was built.

28 Jan 09 Siem Reap to Phnom Penh by Boat
Catch an early morning boat to Phnom Penh. In the five hour journey you’ll pass floating villages, flooded forests and interesting bird and shore life. Arrive in Phnom Penh around 1pm where you will be met by an air conditioned car and your guide.
Spend the afternoon at your leisure.

29 Jan 09 Phnom Penh - City Tour
Your guide will meet you at your hotel and take you on a tour of the Royal Palace, still the royal residence. See the amazing royal collection and the beautiful architecture before heading to the National Museum where pre-Angkorean pieces, as well as special pieces from the temples are housed. Take a tour of the museum with a trained museum guide.
Enjoy lunch at Friends, a restaurant benefiting at-risk street children. On the way back stop at a local organization that takes at-risk and orphaned children and provides them with education and dance training, sit in on a traditional dance class and be amazed at the grace and persistence of these students.

30 Jan 09 Phnom Penh - The Killing Fields
Head to the Tuol Sleng Prison Museum where your guide will explain the history of the Khmer Rouge and walk you through the different museum displays. After watching the movie they show every day, head out to the Killing Fields, where a memorial stupa and shallow pits remind visitors of the thousands killed under the Pol Pot Regime.
Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.
Your guide will take you to central market, reported to be the biggest domed market in the world, and to the famous Russian Market where everything from souvenirs to car parts is on sale. Enjoy a shopping spree or just browse along with the locals out doing their shopping.
Return to your hotel and relax before dinner at a riverside restaurant serving traditional Khmer or Western food.

31 Jan 09 Luang Prabang - Arrival and Orientation Tour
Enjoy breakfast and the morning at leisure before being transferred to the airport for your return flight - departing at 09:40 & arriving at 10:45. Catch your connecting flight - departing at 13:00 & arriving at 15:00. Upon arrival in Luang Prabang you will be met and transferred to your hotel.
After your arrival in Luang Prabang you’ll be picked up from the airport and driven to the main part of town for a quick orientation tour. Your guide will give you an introduction to the city, showing you the main roads, some restaurants and the night market area, before dropping you off at your hotel to check in.

01 Feb 09 Luang Prabang - Sunrise to Sunset
Wake up at sunrise to give monks morning alms. You’ll be accompanied by your guide who can demonstrate the proper method of alms giving and explain this daily Buddhist ceremony. Return to your hotel for breakfast, after which your guide will take you on a tour of the city, including visits to The National Museum, Wat Xieng Thong, Wat Visun and Wat Sen. Enjoy lunch in town at a restaurant of your. After lunch your guide will meet you and you’ll continue your tour, finishing with a hike up Mt. Phou Si in the late afternoon to see a sweeping view of Luang Prabang and watch the sunset.

02 Feb 09 Luang Prabang - Market and Village
Start your day with a walk through town where you’ll see everything from a silversmith to locals shopping at the morning market for their daily produce. Take a short walk to the Traditional Arts & Ethnology Centre, a museum dedicated to the culture and customs of ethnic villages in Laos. Have lunch at a local restaurant and afterwards take a scenic drive to visit three hill tribe villages, each with a different handicraft skill. Return to Luang Prabang in the late afternoon and head back to your hotel to relax or take an optional stroll through the night market with your guide.

03 Feb 09 Luang Prabang - Waterfall
You will be met at your hotel and driven to Ban Long Lao, where you’ll visit Hmong and Khmu villages before starting your 3 – 4 hour hike. You will be accompanied by a local guide and trek along mountainous paths through stunning scenery until you reach your final destination, the Kuang Si Waterfall. Here you can enjoy a well deserved swim and a picnic lunch before returning to Luang Prabang by minivan.

04 Feb 09 Luang Prabang - Pakbeng
Your car and driver will transfer you to Luang Prabang Boat pier. Your boat leaves at 7:30am from the Luang Prabang pier. Cruise your way upriver to the Pak Ou Caves to see the "Cave of a thousand Buddha's."
Enjoy a buffet lunch on board as you pass stunning scenery on your way to Pakbeng. You will arrive at the LuangSay Lodge before sunset where you will have dinner looking over the Mekong.

05 Feb 09 Pakbeng - Houeisay
Enjoy breakfast at the lodge and take an optional walk in to the village. At 8am board the boat for the second leg of the cruise. As you continue your way upriver you will stop to see local rural life and enjoy a buffet lunch on board. You will arrive in Houeisay at around 17:00 where you will be transferred to the border. You will be met by a driver and transfered to Chiang Rai.

06 Feb 09 Chiang Rai - Golden Triangle
Your guide will meet you in the morning and take you to visit the Mae Sae Border where you can cross over into Burma and take a rickshaw ride through the local village, visiting the local market. Return to Thailand for lunch and in the afternoon visit the famous Golden Triangle where you can see Burma, Thailand and Laos all come together. Return to your hotel in the late afternoon.

07 Feb 09 Chiang Rai - Chiang Mai
Your guide will meet you at your hotel and you will visit Wat Rung Khun on the way to lunch at Cabbages and Condoms, a restaurant helping to promote safe sex in Thailand. After lunch visit some local hot springs and then return to your hotel in Chiang Mai.

Chiang Mai University will just be sightseeing around the campus of Chiang Mai University . Also, the part of Chiang Mai University , we have a Chiang Mai University Art Museum where has temporary exhibitions set in a slick modern building , showcasing contemorary Thai and international art.
Your guide will walk with you to the famous Walking Street of Chiang Mai. Every Sunday evening at 5 this amazing street comes to life with local crafts and unusual finds. Though the Chiang Mai night market is great, Walking Street is where the locals go for the real treasures! Your guide will drop you off and you are on your own to explore and shop!
Transfer to Chiang Mai Airport for your onward flight - departing at 21:00 & arriving at 22:10
